Payment Types and Processing

We accept the following payment types:

Your payment is processed using Square.

Delivery Fees

UK delivery is free for all orders over £150.

UK delivery for orders under £150 is £7 for delivery within 2-3 working days from the date of dispatch*.

Packages are delivered by Royal Mail and you will receive tracking and delivery notifications via SMS and/or email.

Timing

Please note all delivery times are approximate and are calculated from the date of dispatch. Orders received after 12pm will normally be dispatched the next working day. Occasionally, delays with payment authorisation may cause delays in dispatching your purchase. We regret that we are unable to take action to expedite shipping in these circumstances.

Packaging

All orders are packaged in an elegant ribbon-tied Clementine Black gift box. To protect your purchase and for discretion if your purchase is a gift, we enclose all orders in a plain cardboard outer wrapper.

International Shipping

Currently, we are only able to ship within the United Kingdom, but we hope to be able to offer international delivery soon. If you are an international customer interested in our products, please join our mailing list to be notified of when we are able to accept international orders. Be sure to tick/check the international customer box when signing up.

*Delivery to the following locations/postcodes is subject to extended delivery times

· any Items addressed to any British Forces Post Office;
